I want to help you break through to a more genuine understanding of yourself and rewrite your story so you can live more freely.
Developing awareness is key. When you are aware of your inner world, and how you respond to what’s happening in and around you, you can start to make choices about your responses. Being clear about yourself helps you regulate your emotions. It helps you discover your values and act in ways that are true to those values.
I have extensive experience working with trauma, substance and sex addictions, anxiety, relationship issues, and more. I’m passionate about helping my clients discover their strengths and free themselves from self-limiting patterns and beliefs. Before we start, I want to get to know you as thoroughly and holistically as possible. So we’ll meet to discuss your mental, emotional and physical health and history.

Then, I’ll work with you to understand what you want to achieve. We’ll agree on the objectives that will get you there and create a plan.

Therapy Process
Next, we will work together to implement a therapy process that helps you achieve your objectives and make the improvements you desire. This may include processing past behaviors and practicing new ones.

Review
As you start to make progress, we’ll review your goals and objectives. This way we can make sure we continue to work on what’s important to you.

Reinforcement
As we move along, I’ll help you discover what reinforces the positive steps you take. This will help you keep your focus and give you tools to strengthen your positive progress.

Closure
When you’ve achieved your objectives, know how to reinforce your positive behaviors, and feel more confident in your coping and life skills, it’s time for closure.

Can I get a free consult?
You can set up a free, 15-minute consult to assure your comfort and get to know me. It’s a great way to get the information you need.
Can I use my Insurance?
I do not accept insurance. However, some insurance companies will pay out-of-network providers and I will provide a superbly that you can submit for this purpose. We work to keep therapy accessible and affordable and can offer a sliding scale in cases of hardship.
Are appointments in-office or online?
I provide online appointments via Simple Practice, a secure, HIPAA compliant video platform. This helps ensure your comfort, convenience, and privacy.
